GDPR (Data Protection)

Posted by Admin 02 on 14 May 2018

New General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) come into force on 25th May and, along with all clubs, organisations and businesses, we have to obtain your permission to store your contact information.  (You may already have been inundated with emails from everyone who has your personal data - in which case you will realise the importance).

On 12th May Sarah Jackman, our Membership Secretary, sent an email to all club members asking you to click on a link, read a couple of statements, confirm that you are happy for the Club to hold your data and that you understand how it is is used by the Club.

Please ensure that you complete this by 23rd May or your details will be deleted and you will receive no direct correspondence from the club.

If you are a member of Exe Hockey Club and have not received this email please contact Sarah Jackman urgently.
