We started the game with a 1 minute silence as a mark of respect for Rememberance Day.
The game started at a fast pace with both teams showing some promising play. Exe were distributing the ball around well with some excellent two touch play. Isca gathered momentum after the first 15- 20 mins. This resulted in a short corner and a goal scored near far post. Before half time a good piece of play from Caitlin Searle to Emma White saw the ball being transferred to Bryony Vandenderg. Bryony held the ball up well to transfer it Alice Bradley. Some great 2v1 hockey saw Alice score making it 1-1 at half time. The half time Exe team talk was a positive one. Exe came out hard and fast as did Isca. End to end hockey was played throughout with chances being created on both teams. An incredible save from Hope Kent kept the score to 1-1 at final time. Man of the match went to Hope Kent and silly person of the game went to Hannah Owen.
